  • Who pays the shipping charges?
  • We provide free shipping for orders under 699, for orders above 699/- a basic shipping fee of INR 50/- will be levied.
  • What is GST?
  • GST is Goods and Service Tax. It is the single indirect tax levied on the supply of goods and services.
  • Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
  • For ordering several items and shipping to different addresses, you have to treat these as different orders.
  • What is ‘Preorder’ or ‘Forthcoming’ mean?
  • Items marked as ‘Preorder’ or ‘Forthcoming’ are expected to be released soon and you can pre- book them and those items will be shipped after the official release.
  • Can I Order a product that is ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporary Unavailable’?
  • The products which are listed as unavailable or out of stock cannot be ordered. Please use the option ‘Notify me’ to be informed of the products availability.
  • I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
  • The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case the delivery is missed.
  • How will I come to know that my order is confirmed?
  • An E-mail and SMS will be sent to you on your registered E-mail Id and mobile number once you have placed the order successfully.
  • What should I do if don’t get the invoice for my order?
  • We send a hard copy of the invoice in the shipments and also before that a soft copy is mailed to your registered email Id.
  • What is the minimum order value required to placed an order?
  • To place an order, minimum order value of 499 or more is required (excluding shipment charges, COD charges).
  • How can I place an order?
  • To place an order, first select the order and ‘Check availability at’ your preferred pin code and just click on ‘Buy now’. Choose or ‘add delivery addresses’ and use a preferred payment mode for the payment of the product.
  • Is it mandatory to register before placing an order?
  • You can place your order by just providing with your email address. However you can prefer to register so that you can receive timely offers and discounts on our products and also you can maintain your wish list.
  • How is ‘business day’ different from ‘regular day’?
  • Business days are otherwise the working days of the week. The expected date of delivery is calculated based on business days which include Monday to Friday. Public holidays and weekends are not considered.
  • Why should I order online?
  • One quick page check out will get you on your way faster with much less frustration and you can also save your details for future purchases.
  • What information do I need to provide for an order?
  • In order to process your order we require the following information:
    1. Catalog code (s) and quantity of product(s) you want to order.

  • Do you accept phone orders?
  • Yes. You can place an order over the phone Monday- Friday 10am-5pm (EST) by calling our toll free number.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?
  • As we want to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, in order to do this it means no cancellation or changes can be made once the order is placed.
  • Can I change or add to my orders once it has been placed?
  • No, you must place a separate order for any additional items you would like to purchase.
  • What payment options do you offer?
  • we accept the following forms of payment: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Credit or Debit card and COD (cash on delivery).
  • How can I track my order?
  • Click on the "track my order" tab and enter in the tracking number provided in the email you received confirming your order had been shipped.
  • Do you offer gift- wrapping option?
  • Yes. Boxed, your purchase will arrive gift-ready. All you have to do is select the gift-wrap option at check out. Please note, there is an additional fee for this option. Oversized items will be hand-wrapped and tied with a bow.
  • What all information is required on opting for save card functionality?
  • Credit card number, card number name and expiry date is saved in a secured vault on opting for save card functionality.
  • Do you offer size guidelines?
  • You can refer to ‘size guide’ for general sizing information. If applicable, you can also find specific information about sizing in the description field when viewing individual items.
  • How do I find specific items?
  • You can find any item using the search field. You can type things such as an item number, style name or color to find the particular product you are looking for.
  • Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?
  • Shipments can be delayed due to a variety of reasons such as traffic or bad weather.
  • Is it mandatory to save cards?
  • No, user can decide whether they want to save their card details or not.
  • Can saved cards be used on mobile site and apps?
  • Yes, users saved cards are linked to the registered email id and are accessible on mobile site and Apps as well.
  • Do I have to pay GST on purchase of gifts certificate and guaranteed saving offer?
  • No, GST is not charged from customers on buying gift certificates and guaranteed saving offer.
  • Can I delete my saved cards?
  • Yes, user can delete their saved cards at any point of time from the checkout page.

  • My order has reached the nearest delivery hub, but why isn't it out for delivery yet?
  • The courier service delivering your order is responsible for making sure that your order reaches you within the delivery date. Rest assured, you'll get an SMS once your shipment is out for delivery.
  • When is a return of an item not possible?
    1. When an item is damaged because of use or when it is not in the same condition as you received it
    2. When any consumable item has been used or installed
    3. When anything is missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories
    4. When non-returnable items are involved
  • Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?
  • Delivery times that are shown vary as they depend on product availability, geographic location of the seller, your delivery location and the courier partner's time to deliver to your location. You can check this time for your location just by entering your pin code on the product page.
  • Can I get a refund on sale items?
  • All sale items are a final sale, and therefore cannot be refunded.
  • Will my GST amount be refunded on order cancellation and returns?
  • Yes. GST amount will be refunded on return or cancellation.
  • Can I reserved an item and buy it later?
  • For all the customers who have an account with us can reserve the item for three days.
  • What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?
  • We usually ship orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support so that we can look into it.
  • Can I get my order delivered faster?
  • Your order will get delivered on or before the delivery date promised at the time of placing the order.
  • Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?
  • As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.
  • I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
  • If you aren’t present when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, they will try to contact you. Two additional attempts will be made on consecutive days, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment center and your account will be refunded for the order amount. In case your order comes back to our fulfilment center, you can request for it to be re-dispatched depending on the availability.
  • My order status says my order has been cancelled. I haven’t cancelled it. What happened?
  • In the rare scenario that we’re unable to procure the merchandise from our brand partners or if the merchandise fails to meet our strict quality standards, we cancel the order. You will be notified if this occurs and your refund will be credited to you immediately.
  • I haven’t received some items in my order.
  • We often ship orders in multiple parts, so we can get you each part faster. So, one of the shipments may arrive sooner than the others. You can track your order on the ‘Orders’ page.
  • We guarantee that your payment and personal data will always be kept 100% private and secure.
  • If your credit card has been declined it can be for a number of reasons:You have written a number wrong. You have written the date or security code (CVV) wrong. The name and address does not match the address the Bank has on file for you. Your Bank has refused it for security reasons. There are not enough funds to cover the payment. If you contact your Credit Card Provider or Bank they will tell you why they have declined it. You can then contact us and let us know, and we will try again.
  • Can you give me more product information?
  • If you would like more information on any of our products, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
  • Can I leave items in my shopping bag and are they reserved?
  • If you have an account with us and you are shopping after you logged in, the items will stay in your shopping bag after you log out. However, please note that this doesn't mean that the items have been reserved for you. Until you check out, the products are visible to all customers and available for purchase by anyone.

  • I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
  • If you’ve selected Cash on Delivery, there’s no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit/Debit Card/net banking, you will receive your refund to the source account within 5-7 days from the time you cancel your order.
